Tractor and zero turn replacement? Kubota F series?

I have a little 4wd tractor and a zero turn. Tractor is almost exclusively used for mowing at this point in the property evolution. And with 4wd gets into places the zero won't.

Would you replace a tractor and a zero turn for a 4wd front mount mower? Such as the Kubota F series. Or something else? Takes me over 4 hours to mow everything on the zero when I am fully caffeinated and conditions are good.

I am considering doing that and would like to hear what the internetz has to say about it.

I've researched Ventrac. From what I understand Steiner and Bobcat are less evolved original versions of what became Ventrac. Do you have experience with the platform? They are eye watering expensive and I have requested demos twice. Never got a response. Also contacted local dealer, no response. The nearest dealer is over an hour away and they can't be bothered to reply to my messages. Not really feeling that.

I know a few people with the Kubota F series 4WD mowers and they love them. Same durability as the Kubota BX series tractors, share many of the same parts, and very good on fuel. I own a 2014 Kubota B2620 compact tractor and have been very pleased with how easy it is to service. If I had a large property to mow with trees I'd definitely consider an F series mower. My grandfather has ~10 acres he mows with a regular zero turn, and there are certain areas where the ground gets mushy and wet, not to mention a few fruit trees. The zero turn is a disaster with the wet ground, even with the ATV tires I put on it which do help, but a 4WD front mower would be the way to go for sure.
