Has anybody out there fixed a sticking traction control valve on a tx1000 (pn 138-0827)? My right side TCV intermittently stays stuck forward after being pushed forward instead of returning to center/neutral when released. Best I can figure from searching is spring 3:2 riding on a ball bearing returns the TCV to the center/neutral position when released and it or another piece in 3: is likely dirty or damaged preventing the return to center/neutral. I was hoping somebody on here might have dealt with this same problem and could confirm or provide any advice.

I get the impression part #3 may be difficult to clean up/reassemble based on posts from those doing this on a similar part on tractors, any idea?

Does the operator lever(a) create an electrical signal that drives a pilot valve for the traction motors (electromechanical), or (b) control the fluid path on the hydraulic block mounted below it by opening/closing passages via the fulcrum?

To answer my own post... I took apart the traction control valve and cleaned it out and that helped some but problem remained. I noticed the pin on part 2:2 (red circle below)was protruding out on the sticking lever side so pressed it in to match the good (left) lever's pin that was flush (is circled in green in attached picture link below). That made the problem 10 times worse on the sticking right side so I backed the pin out (red circle pic) and problem was solved. I'm thinking as that pin is pressed in it adds friction to the lever and vice versa when out. Possibly this assembly is marked as non-servicable because they factory calibrate it using these pins or something along those lines.

Update: 30+ hours in and the joystick hasn't had any sticking. I was concerned vibrations and the like might cause the pin to move and sticking problem would return after a few hours but so far everything is working perfectly. Hopefully this thread helps somebody out.

The pin circled in red above is what I backed out on the right fulcrum to get it to stop sticking. I had to remove the 4 allen bolts to access the other side of the pin (left fulcrum beside it is in the way) to push it where shown in the pic. On the left fulcrum I found the pin has to be flush vs protruding on the right fulcrum to not stick. Pin seems to have an interference fit and possibly is a factory set part (like a shim) or at least position might be factory calibrated if tapered roller pin.

Where are you located? I think I'm having same problem but with the right side. I can let go handle and machine will keep moving and turning to the right. I did notice when looking under the rubber on handle all 3 left front and rear left and right side are protruding up whereas right front remains sticking. I'm scared to try to take apart and fix.
